FHSE Youth Softball communicates via Twitter.  If you do not use Twitter you can receive updates via test message by following the instructions below.

Refund Policy

Softball Registration Fee Refund Policy (approved 4/18/2017)

  1. If request is made prior to that season's recreational league draft (10U, 12U, 14U and HS) or team assignments (6U & 8U) – 100% Refund of League Fee minus the current non-refundable processing fee
  2. If request is made prior to first game – 50% Refund of League Fee minus the current non-refundable processing fee
  3. If request is made after first game – No refund

The Fishers-HSE Youth Softball League is pleased to report that youth softball continues to grow and thrive. The league is excited to present opportunities for corporate sponsorship for the upcoming 2018 softball season. The dollars raised through sponsorship help fund our teams with equipment and uniforms and provide scholarships for those in need of financial assistance. We strive to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to share the enjoyment of playing softball in our community. 

S.P.O.R.T.S. ACCIDENT REPORT FORM

PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM IN ITS ENTIRETY AND RETURN A COPY TO THE S.P.O.R.T.S. OFFICE (FAX # 845-5687) WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ACCIDENT. 

S.P.O.R.T.S Incident Report

The FHSE Softball Board is focused on fair play and good sportsmanship for the girls and their family and friends.  If you witness an incident contrary to fair play or good sportsmanship or would like to submit a complaint or feedback please complete the attached form and send this to the S.P.O.R.T.S office.  You can also email any feedback or questions to the Softball Board President or Player Agent.  See the About Us section for contact information.

Fisher-HSE Youth Softball All-Stars/Travel Coaching Application

All candidates for Head Coach must submit an application to the All-Star Commissioner or Travel Commissioner one week prior to tryouts, and have a background check form on file with S.P.O.R.T.S. The Travel/All Star Commissioners, Player Agent and League President will review Head Coaching applications and interview all qualified candidates. Once the Head coach is named, the Head coach will pick his or her Assistant Coaches. An application is not required for Assistant Coaches. 

2018 Softball Age Waiver

It is the policy of the HSE Youth Baseball and Softball League (HSEYBSL) that kids are not to play up or down an age group for the safety and enjoyment of the child and other children in the program. In the event that a parent believes that their child is developmentally at a competitive level above or below that of his/her age group and that it is in the best interest of the child and our program that that child play up or down an age group, HSEYBSL will grant such a request with the parent taking full responsibility for this decision and signing the waiver below.

Coaches: Example Practice Plan

This example practice plan is meant to provide an example to our coaches.  More information will be provided by the board.  We want to help develop the girls in our league and a big part of this goal is to help by providing resources for our coaches.  If you have any questions or would like help developing your practice plans please visit the About Us page and contact the Player Development Commissioner or Player Agent or any Board member.  We will do our best to support you as you invest your time to develop your team.
